To link an item to multiple groups, you first have to enable the setting “Registration items link to”:

Go to: Reg. Site -> Free registration -> settings

Set “Registration items link to “Group” and save the changes.

Go to: Reg. Site -> Free registration -> Registration items

Select or create a item. Select link to “Attendee groups” and then you can assign multiple groups to the item as displayed below.
