A Newsletter subscriber list is a collection of email addresses and, often, additional information about individuals who have opted in to receive newsletters from an organization, company, or individual.
The attendee that will signup for your conference will have the possibility to also signup on your news letter. You can get a overview and maintain.

How organiser can setup Newsletter subscriber list for attendees in registration flow?
Organiser can integrates the newsletter subscription with the registration process.
Steps to enable newsletter subscription on registration:
- Navigate to: Eventcenter -> Registration form -> Newsletter subscriber list -> Settings
- Enable: Newsletter subscriber setting
Once enabled, a new button will appear in the eventcenter for adding subscriber lists.
Adding a subscriber list:
- Click the “Add subscriber list” button.
- A form will open with the following fields:
- Select subscriber list: Drop-down showing all subscriber lists created in the marketing newsletter module.
- Label: Organiser can add a label to show to clients.
- Select registration form: Choose the registration form type (Attendee, Sponsor, Speaker) to associate with the subscriber list.
Additional options:
- Toggle button: Select by default subscriber list.
- If enabled, the subscriber list will be selected by default during registration.
- Attendees can unselect it if they choose.
Subscription workflow for attendee:
Attendee selection: The created newsletter subscriber list will show in the registration flow against the selected created type.
For example if organiser creates the list against attendee type and in registration side, when attendee type of users try to register then that created subscriber list will show in the newsletter section here attachment is given below.
Important note:
If organiser created the subscriber list without any time then it will show in the registration process to the all type of users.
Default selection: If the default toggle is on, the subscriber list is pre-selected for the subscriber list.
List inclusion:
Attendees who select the subscriber list during registration process will be added to subscriber list as a subscriber. Here below attachment is linked.
