Email templates – Reminders

Sub reg reminder

This email is sent to attendees who are already on the attendees list, but has not answered the questions created in the module Sub-registrations.

Purpose of this email is to make sure you get all the relevant questions answered. You send out the reminder from the module ‘Sub registrations’ -> ‘un-answered’.

Poll reminder

This is sent to remind attendees to answer polls available in the event. Reminder will only be sent to people who did not answer already.

Purpose of this email is to enhance the numbers of answered polls. Reminder is sent from the module ‘Polls & surveys’ -> choose the specific poll and click the menu button.

Survey reminder

This is sent to remind attendees to answer surveys available in the event. Reminder will only be sent to people who did not answer already.

Purpose of this email is to enhance the numbers of answered surveys. Reminder is sent from the module ‘Polls & surveys’ -> choose the specific survey and click the menu button.

Attendee reminder

This email is sent to the list of invited attendees who has not registered yet. You send the reminder from the module ‘Registration invitation’ -> ‘Not registered attendees’.

Check in attendee invite

If you are using the ‘Check in’ module for your event, you can send out this reminder to the attendees who have forgotten to check in. You send the reminder from the module ‘Check in’ -> ‘not checked in’.

Invoice reminder

In you have set up an event with invoice payment and you keep the ‘payment status’ in ‘billing list’ updated with your company account, you can send out a payment reminder to all attendees with the status ‘Pending’. You send the reminder from the module ‘Billing module’ -> ‘billing list’ -> ‘tools’.
