In this guide you will find a brief description of the below email templates:

Booking rejection:

The email the attendee receives if the contact person declines to confirm the booking.

Booking request:

The email the attendee receives when they have booked a meeting – the meeting is still to be confirmed – either manually by the contact person or automatically – depending on the settings.

Booking accept:

The email the attendee receives when the booking is confirmed – either manually confirmed by the contact person or automatically, depending on the set up in settings.

Booking cancel:

The email the contact person receives if the attendee cancels the booking.

New booking request:

The email the contact person receives when an attendee books a meeting. The contact person should the confirm the meeting manually, unless ‘auto confirmation’ has been set up in settings.
