The App dashboard module in event center is designed to allow event organisers to control the visibility, order, and representation of different dashboard modules in the web app.
This module gives organisers the flexibility to enable or disable specific modules and customise the content shown on the dashboard.
How to access the app dashboard module?
Organisers can access this module by following this path:
Eventcenter → Settings → App dashboard

Once inside, there are two sub modules:

App dashboard settings
The App dashboard settings section allows organisers to:
- Toggle the visibility of different dashboard modules (Enable/Disable).
- Change the order in which modules appear on the web app dashboard.
- Control user access to different features.
Available dashboard modules
These are the modules that can be enabled/disabled from settings:
- Programs – Displays the full event programs/schedule.
- My programs – Shows the user’s personalised agenda’s, all the events which are marked favourite by user.
- Speakers – Lists all event speakers with there name and profile.
- News & updates – Displays event-related announcements.
- Polls – Interactive polling module for user engagement.
- Surveys – Allows users to participate in event surveys.
- QR Code (Check-in module) – Displays a self-check-in QR code for attendees to check in via the web app.
- Shortcuts – A quick-access slider to navigate all modules easily.
- Custom HTML section 1 – A fully customizable content area.
- Custom HTML section 2 – Another customizable content section.
- Custom HTML section 3 – A third customizable content area.

How it works?
- If a module is ON, it will be visible on the web app dashboard.
- If a module is OFF, it will be hidden from users.
Important note:
All the modules which are off, below attachment will show, they are not showing on dashboard.

Sorting & custom order
- The order of these modules matters.
- The first module in the list appears first on the web app.
- Organisers can drag and drop to change the order as per their needs.

Custom section
This sub module provides three customizable HTML sections that allow organisers to add custom content to their event dashboard.
Custom HTML sections
There are three separate sections where organisers can add:
- Text
- Images
- HTML Source Code
- Links
Whatever content is added here will be displayed on the web app dashboard, provided that the section is enabled in the settings.
Key features:

✅ Flexibility – Supports text, images, and HTML.
✅ Visibility control – Organisers can enable or disable these sections as needed.

Important note:
If organiser add the any content in any custom section, and in app dashboard setting, section that custom section toggle is on, then this section will be shown in web app dashboard.
