    In Registration form, we have following templates.

    Invites

    We have four types of templates in Invites.

    Registration Invite

    The purpose of this email, is to inform the guests about the event and provide a registration link for the attendees to register.. How to invite attendees -> Click Registration Invitation.

    The email template has a number of dynamic fields. Click edit to open editor of the form to edit the invitation template and add desired dynamic field. If you use <attendee_ name> the system automatically integrates the name of the possible attendee that you wish to invite.

    The dynamic field {not_attending} can be used if you wish to keep track of the people who has declined your invitation to register. In the invitation, you can write something like:

    “If you are not able to attend, please click here: {not_attending}”

    Registration Confirmation:

    This email is issued automatically as a registration confirmation to confirm that an attendee’s registration for an event has been successfully completed.

    Identity Verification

    Will be issued automatically after the attendee has registered to verify the identity of registered attendees before the event.

    We have a setting in Attendee’s settings -> sign-in settings -> registration verification which determines whether registration for the event requires verification before attendees can gain access.

    If this setting is activated, attendees will receive an email for Identity Verification ask to verify their email account. This email contains a verification link. Once they verify their identity, the attendee will then have completed the registration and be allocated access to event details, enabling them to attend the event.

    Purpose is to verify the attendee is who they claim they are.

    Cancel Registration

    This cancel registration email notifies attendees that their registration for an event has been cancelled. 

    If in order, there are additional attendees along with the main attendee, and only main attendee cancel his/her order partially, only the main attendee will receive the cancellation email. However, if the complete order is canceled, all attendees, including the main attendee and all additional attendees, will receive the cancellation email.

    Reminder

    Attendee reminder

    The “Attendee Invite Reminder” template is to remind attendees who were invited to an event to say whether they’re coming or not.

    This email is sent to the list of invited attendees who has not registered yet. You send the reminder from the module Registration invitation -> ‘Not registered attendees’.

    Waiting List 

    Once the waiting list is activated, then it is a new waiting list confirmation email they receive – so remember to edit the form-based email templates.

    Waiting list registration confirmation

    Email is generated automatically to the attendees, when signing up to an waiting list for an event where the waiting list module is activated. Here you correct the email template which is sent when the attendee signs up for the waiting list:

    Waiting list registration invite

    Email the attendees receive when the organizer offers a ticket to the event. The email is sent from the module ‘Registration form -> Form -> Waiting list -> Listing’.
