    • This section enables organizers to customize the registration experience, aligning it with event branding through options like color scheme, font, and layout adjustments. Users can select from predefined themes to enhance the form’s visual appeal, customize the header and footer to strengthen branding, and use the “Add to Calendar Description” feature to provide detailed event info in attendees’ calendar apps, enriching the overall user experience.

      To customize the registration form:

      First, select “Registration Form” from the left-hand menu, then click on Customize“.

      This way, you can easily personalize your form.

    • The registration form section is a configurable part of the platform where organizers can set up and manage attendee registrations for events. It allows you to design and customize the fields that attendees need to fill out, such as personal information, contact details, and any specific questions or preferences related to the event.

      The registration form section may also include options for setting up different ticket types, voucher or discount codes, and other features like setting a registration deadline or applying limitations based on event capacity. Additionally, this section can integrate with payment options, if the event requires a fee, and provides tools for tracking registration data for easier event management.

      How to access registration form

      First, select “Registration Form” from the left-hand menu, then click on Registration form“.

    • In Eventbuizz, a registration invitation is typically an email or message sent to potential attendees, inviting them to register for an event. This invitation often includes a personalized link to the event’s registration page, where the recipient can complete their registration by providing necessary details such as name, contact information, and other relevant data.

      To add a guest list into the event

      Start by selecting “Registration Form” from the left-hand menu, then click on “Registration invitation“.

    • Internal booking refers to the process of reserving hotels for use by the event team or the organization itself, rather than external attendees or clients. This includes managing bookings for hotels that are required for event setup or other internal purposes.

      How can I access internal booking?

      Begin by choosing “Registration Form” from the left-hand menu, then click on “Internal booking“.

    • Ticket management is an add-on module in event center, visible only if purchased. It involves creating and customizing ticket types, setting prices, issuing tickets, and tracking sales and usage. This feature helps event organizers manage registrations, control event access, and collect data for planning and analysis. 

      How can internal booking be accessed?
